J. Amador is COO and co-founder of a/m/s. He was raised in the Santa Fe area of New Mexico. In his first semester of college, a self-assessment identified areas for improvement which lead to his joining the Army. He then went on to complete his BA in Psychology, a MBA with dual concentrations in Marketing and Management of Technology, and later a MS in Computer Science from the University of Chicago.
He has provided services to companies ranging from Dot-Com startups to multi-billion global consulting, all the while applying data-driven decision methodology. As a consultant to GM Mexico, he lead a quantitative quality-improvement initiative that resulted in that Billion dollar plant’s first ever defect-free surprise audit. He has successfully lead marketing organizations in local and global markets, always with an eye to efficiency, ROI, and Metrics – “Marketing by Numbers” – and knows the importance of partnering with other functional areas within the organization to achieve holistic, enduring results.
J. speaks three languages, is a technology addict, loves to fly-fish, and most importantly is fully committed to Kaizen business principles and applying those principles to every client situation.

Andres Amador is the Chief Marketing Officer/Co-Founder of Amador Marketing. Coming from a wide variety of education and experience, he received a BA from Western Washington University in Recreation and an MA from Webster University in management & leadership. The combination of his education and passion to be involved in his community has led him to create multiple unique marketing platforms.
He has worked with large organizations such as Xfinity, United States Air Force, and the YMCA. His responsibilities have included: sales, graphic design/ marketing and nonprofit outreach. Andres continues to push boundaries to increase exposure and sales and provide solutions to client problems.
